What Strength Of DHA Should I Have?

Sienna X is available in the following formulations.
  
Type 1 - 8%  DHA - Suitable for skin types that are sensitive to the sun, fair skinned or someone who may burn easily.
Type 2 - 10% DHA - Suitable for skin types medium to olive skin colour.
Type 3 - 12% DHA - Suitable for someone who hardly burns and that tans very quickly and darkly.
